In section VII - Selection Criteria, point 5(c), do consortium members who do not individually meet all technical and professional criteria, but do so as a consortium, select answer "Yes", "No" or "N/A"?

In the case of a consortium, members should indicate N/A under Point 5. It is under Point 6 that the group leader will declare his/her compliance with all selection criteria.
