Question	"The tenderer shall fill in th technical tender form provided in Annex II". We cannot see this document on the tender platform. The only Annex II appears to be the Declaration on honour. Can you let us know how to procure this document please?
Answer	02/02/2017 This is a typo. There is no 'technical tender form'
