Certificate for "important assignments"
Under B.5.3(b)(ii) - Technical ability, "The tenderer must provide a certificate from each of the three clients with details of the services, man-days, dates and results of these assignments." Does this certificate need to be signed by the clients themselves? Are there any other requirements we should be aware of, other than that the assignments must have taken place within the last five years?

The certificates pertinent to the second condition under point B.5.3.b) (ii) must provide details of services, man-days, dates and results of at least 3 assignments, each one for a different client. The certificates must be signed by the clients in question. The assignments must have been in the domain of business continuity planning (BCP), they must have taken place over the past 5 years, and each one must have comprised 30 man-days of work or more. Compliance with this condition must be reported in Appendix I.3. In the case of joint offers / subcontractors, the selection criteria shall be applied to the grouping / consortium as a whole.
