Scope of work
(1) Will a proposal stand valid, if it proposes to build cooperation between European clusters (including SMEs) and their matchmaking clusters (including SMEs) in India? (2) Can India be considered as the site of project implementation?

(1) Please include in your offer the aspects as detailed in section 4.2.4 of the Tender Specifications. (2) The final destinations of the missions are not yet defined, the missions have to be organised in countries where an MoU has been signed with the ECCP. Please note that only tenders from countries among the ones referred to in section 3.3 of the tender specifications will be accepted.
