Subcontractor - letter of intent
In light of the approaching deadline could you please consider the following question: Is that correct that by signing the letter of intent, the subcontractor only commits to collaborate with the Contractor in the execution of the tasks subject to the tender, but is not legally bound to systematically contribute to all requests for services issued by EASME under the fwc?
