I looked at the "Science for Environment Policy" website http://ec.europa.eu/environment/integration/research/newsalert/index_en.htm and noticed that it has changed completely since I first checked it. Please explain.

The design of the "Science for Environment Policy" website http://ec.europa.eu/environment/integration/research/newsalert/index_en.htm has been revised to make it compliant with the European Commission's new visual identity. So the look of the website has changed but it's main content and it's address remain the same. In their offers, tenderers should base themselves on the redesigned website.
