1 - The Contractor is in charge of proposing Promoters, but this activity has been dormant since 2011. The last available list of Promoters (ie 2011) has just been uploaded to the document library. 2 - No, the EBAE handbook is available to the jurors and national coordinators, not the applicant companies. 3 - The mailbox is provided by this contractor and creation and maintenance should be foreseen in this Offer. 4 - These are independent schemes, but in order for applications from various countries to go forward to the European level awards, the local level competitions are organised in such a timetable so that their winners are known on time to enter the EU level competition and they use standard European application forms. 5 - The contractor will be in contact only with the European level Jurors 6 - No 7a - Available features: • Autorisation and authentication • Platform for the national coordinators • Platform for the companies • Platform for the jury • Back office for the Secretariat 7b - It means that the platform must be functioning correctly so that it can be used in the new edition and, should there be any changes in the functioning of the scheme decided (eg change in number of categories) durning the duration of this contract, the system must be updated to accomodate for them. However, for the purpose of preparing the financial offer, the tenderer may assume that there will not be fundamental changes in the functioning of the scheme. 8 - No
