Please refer to answer 10 also. In the e-Submission platform, there are specific sections related to each of the criteria mentioned in the Annex I “Tender Specifications”. Therefore, all evidences required in Annex V must be uploaded in the appropriate section as follows: • In the section "exclusion criteria requirements" of e-submission, all evidences requested under section 13.1 of Annex I must be attached. The declaration on honour must be converted to PDF format and then signed by an authorised representative by hand. • In the section "economic and financial capacity requirements" of e-submission all evidences requested under section 13.2.1 of Annex I must be attached. • In the section "technical and professional capacity requirements" of e-submission all evidences requested under section 13.2.2 of Annex I must be attached. • In the section "capacity to pursue the professional activity requirement" of e-submission all evidences requested under section 13.2.3 of Annex I must be attached. Please note that the criteria "capacity to pursue the professional activity requirement" is named “Legal and regulatory capacity” in the Annex I. Any evidence not related to a specific criterion may be uploaded under the section “Additional docs”.
