1. How are documents from Annex 3 Specific Contract linked with the tender itself? 2. Are the references based on the sum of customers for 100K EURO or 100K EURO for each customer? 3. Are the SRF documents stated in Annex 5 all documents needed for the contract? 4. What is the expected financial amount of each inquiry? We are asking due to transport pricing. 5. If there is only 1 year warranty given by the vendor, is the second year of warranty our responsibility? 6. What are the conditions for price changes of offered products? 7. “APC ATS rack, 16V” can you state whether you require PN AP7723? 8. „Jabra BIZ 2400 USB mono headset“ do you require USB or USB+bluetooth version?

1. The draft specific contract is the model that will be used each time we will order products which would require services. 2. Sum of customers 3. Annex 5 are all the documents needed to be presented with your tender, at submission date or when requested later on 4. We are unable to give such an information. It will depend on the needs at the moment of the purchase 5. We request 2 years guarantee, so yes. 6. Please refer to Annex 2 - Technical Specifications, point 4.a), 5th bullet 7. Yes 8. USB+bluetooth
