Dear Sir/Madam, Regarding 2.1., VII Evidence for selection of the Part C, could you please specify do we need to list any of the documents in this table? Considering the fact that only CVs and the statements from clients are requested to be submitted as supporting documents along with the Standard reply form, and other documents may be requested only from the selected tenderer, are there any additional documents which should be provided or listed? Thank you in advance.

The tenderers are requested to provide duly filled and dated 'Declaration on honour on exclusion criteria and selection criteria' plus any evidences in case of which the wording 'To be provided by the tenderers' or 'To be provided by all the tenderers' is clearly stipulated in Part C of the Procurement Documents. Any additional evidences will be requested only from the successful tenderers.
