Lot 2 Annex 3 Common Mandatory Line 23. Electrical power cords and connector
We request to exclude the Exadata solution from this requirement. While the specification of this specific 2.5 m long power cord and CEE7/7 or IEC320-C20 connector can be appropriate for a standard rack-mount component useful, in the context of the Exadata system this is not possible. The internal power cords of an Exadata system are connected to the power supplies of the system while the external connectors of the entire rack must allow a much higher current than the cables given in this requirement would allow. The connectors of an Exadata can be - 3-phase 400V(2) 24 kVA, 3-phase PDUs (6445A) Requires (4) datacenter receptacles per rack IEC 60309-4P5W-IP44 32 A, IEC 60309, 3-phase, 5-wire - Hubbell HBL532R/C9W or equivalent or 1-phase (2) 22 kVA, 1-phase PDUs (7100874) Requires (6) datacenter receptacles per rack IEC 60309-2P3W-IP44 32 A, IEC 60309, 1-phase, 3-wire - Hubbell HBLCS8265C or equivalent
