Proof of economic and financial capacity
The guidance says that the above has to be provided by means of Annex 6. Annex 6 states that public bodies do not have to fill in this form. Could you let me know whether you would like me to attach our financial statements in that case? It is not clear from the guidance what you would expect.

Please note that under 2.3.1 of the specifications it states "In the event that the tenderer - for valid reasons which must be communicated to the Commission - is unable to complete the form as proposed above one of the following alternatives would be acceptable: a. financial statements for the last two financial years; OR b. other substantiating documents if the candidate or tenderer cannot, for valid reasons, provide those indicated above."
