Section 3.2.2 – Selection Criteria for Economic & Financial capacity - "Statement of Professional Risk Indemnity Insurance"
In the document "ANNEX IV.a – SELECTION CRITERIA – 3.2.2 ECONOMIC & FINANCIAL CAPACITY", there are some fields related to a "Statement of Professional Risk Indemnity Insurance". What does it refer to? Is it necessary to subscribe a bank guarantee of any type for this tender?

According to Section 3.2.2 of the tender specifications, only the yearly turnover over the last 3 years is requested from tenderers as a mean to demonstrate their economic and financial capacity. Section b. of Annex IV.a shall be therefore disregarded by tenderers while preparing their offer and may be eliminated from the document submitted.
