Ref page 23 of Annex 4 (ToR – L&D document), you include a request for the following information in two sections:“Profiles of the proposed team members and their back-ups, prepared using the template in Appendix 4 to the ToR – Template for Proposed Contact Person and Expert Profiles”. Is it required to include this information twice within the response document and if it is only required once, which section does it apply to?

No, it is not required to include this information twice. Profiles can be included in the documentation provided to assess selection criteria or within the technical offer.
