In the description of task 1 b) on page 13 of the specifications, existing online collaboration tools are mentioned. Are there multiple tools or is there only one? Can you specify these tools? Are these tools free of charge?

We are referring to existing online collaboration tools that are available either as freeware or as tools that can be paid for. It is up to the tenderer to make a recommendation on which collaboration tool to use and to decide whether to pay for this or not.
