Assessment of financial and economic capacity criteria
On page 20 of the ToR, it is mentioned that six (6) values and five (5) ratios should be calculated. It is not clear how the scoring will be applied for each value/ratio. Moreover, it is not clear how the the total of 16 points is dispersed across the values and ratios. Could you kindly provide more details and an example ?

Once you fill in the values in the first tab of the excel file "Simplified presentation" the scores are automatically calculated in the second tab "Analysis". The detailed breakdown is included in this second tab.
