Question
The specifications of the current tender are identical to tender CLIMA.B3/ETU/2016/0009 with a deadline of 16-11-2016. Could you please inform us on the reasoning behind launching the call again and what will be done with the submissions on the previous call? We have not heard back on our submission on the previous call and that bid is still valid as the validity is 9 months as requested in the specifications.

The Call has been re-launched with nearly identical specifications (there have been some minor modifications establishing legal clarity on the eligibility of applicants to correct a mistake identified in the specifications of the previous Call). The offers received under the previous Call have not been evaluated and we consider that they are not valid as an application to this Call, as the signature dates of key document submitted (i.e. application to Call, financial offer, etc.) are with dates previous to the issuing of the new Call. If you are interested to submit an offer you need to re-submit the documents with valid signature dates.
