Bonjour, Concerning the Technical capacity document (Annex 2.2, Section A - What's the relationship between column 2 Criteria related to the Tenderer and Column 3 Fullfiled by. How must we fill this first part of the table?? Thank you

Annex 2.2. Technical capacity (selection criteria): 1/ The first column lists all the criteria related to the technical capacity as defined in the Tender Specifications. 2/ In the middle column the tenderer should describe how the tenderer fulfils the respective criteria. In the case of joint tenders (subcontracting) the relevant partners (subcontractors) fulfilling the given criterion will be mentioned. 3/ With respect to the third column – in the case of joint tenders (subcontracting) the tenderer should give the name/s of the consortium partners (subcontractors) who fulfil the given criterion and describe their role (i.e; leader, partner or subcontractor).
