Subject: Technical and scientific support in relation to the implementation of the 92/43/EEC/"Habitats" and 2009/147/EC "Birds" Directives Reference ENV.B.3/SER/2013/0017
Additional question referring to page 7 of the TENDER SPECIFICATIONS : ..... certificates of satisfactory execution, specifying that they have been carried out in a professional manner and have been fully completed". To which department or address at the DG Environment or other EU departmens can we send a request for the "Certificates of Satisfactory project execution"?

For DG Environment you may contact the technical unit responsible for the project involved. The Head of that Unit can provide you with a letter declaring their satisfaction with the work you have completed. I assume it is the same for other DGs.
