Evidence for question 5.2
With reference to the questionnaire, section 5, Economic and Financial Capacity part, in question 5.2 we read “Have you enclosed a statement of turnover concerning the services to be covered by the contract (distinguishing between world-wide and European turnover and expressing all values in Euro) and profit and loss accounts during the last two financial years? Our understanding is that as evidence, we need to provide a signed statement which will include the turnover figures (European and world-wide) concerning the services to be covered by the contract, for the last 2 years and nothing more. The Profit and Loss account figures are only applicable to the question 5.1 (related to the Overall Turnover figures) and not to question 5.2 Can you please confirm our understanding?

We confirm your understanding. The profit and loss accounts requested must show only the overall annual turnover (which is requested in question 5.1 of the questionnaire). Tenderers should note that: 1) two statements regarding the turnover must be enclosed: one related to the overall turnover (question 5.1) and another related to the turnover concerning the services to be covered by the contract (question 5.2); 2) the profit and loss accounts do not have to be submitted again as an evidence to question 5.2 if submitted already as evidence to question 5.1.
