Our understanding is that the term “clients” involves all EU Institutions, European Commission DGs, other bodies or agencies that provide information for the content of research projects included in CORDIS. Please confirm our understanding is correct. If not, could you please elaborate on the term “clients”?

We confirm that your understanding is correct for the clients from the EU institutions but the term "client" can also include other users of CORDIS services such as requests for data extraction, helpdesks, multipliers, etc.
