Our understanding is that proposals regarding communication must be provided for the following interactions: • Communication between the Tenderer and the Publications Office; • Communication between the Tenderer and other Contractors; • Communication between Clients, users and the Service Desk; Please confirm our understanding.

The tenderer must provide concrete proposals regarding the effective communication and interaction between all actors that their team expects to be in contact with, including the Publications Office, other contractors, clients, users and the Service Desk.
