Subject	Evidence of capacity to draft reports in English
Question	In Section 2.3.4 a. the tenderer has to provide evidence of capacity to draft reports in English by providing one document of at least 10 pages in English. Does the tenderer have to provide a hard copy of the document, or is a link to the document online acceptable?
Answer	17/07/2017 Dear Madam, a link to the document is acceptable. However it has to be made sure that the link is working and the document is accessible online.
