The specific account exists under the general tittle "Accrued Income and Deferred Charges", and is an Asset Account of the Balance Sheet. The respective general tittle in Liabilities is "Accrued charges and Deferred Income". Is there a possibility that the account needed under Creditors bullet, is either "Accrued Charges" or "Deferred Income", instead of "Deferred Charges"?
