Checklist - Inconsistency of annex names and confirmation of documents required.
Please confirm in your checklist that Power of Attorney should be Annex 6.5 and not 6.6 In the Evidence of Economic and financial capacity it refers to 6.4 but this is the Letter of subcontractor letter of intent so confirm it should say 6.3. Where is Letter of subcontractor meant to be put into the proposal - under Section 1. Administration? Also to confirm (as per your checklist) that subcontractors only have to complete a) Legal entity plus supporting docs. b) letter of intent Exclusion criteria and Europass CVs.

A corrigendum to the tender specifications was published on 19/06/2013. The letter of intent can be included in the tender under Section one "Administrative proposal" For subcontractors the tenderer must submit: Legal entity (supporting documents for the legal entity are not mandatory), the letter of intent, the exclusion criteria duly signed and dated and the Europass CV.
