Taking into account the Brexit process, will tenders involving UK participants be at any disadvantage? Will this depend on whether the UK participant(s) is/are lead partner, non-lead partners, or subcontractors?

Tenders involving UK participants will not be at any disadvantage, no matter whether lead partner, non-lead partners, or subcontractors. There will be no immediate impact on contracts signed with UK entities. The contracts should be implemented in accordance with their terms until their end-date.
