Please can I confirm that our submission must be posted in a hard copy to reach Turin on the 13th September? Is it possible to submit an electronic copy instead?

As stated in the tender specification, paragraph 2. "Timetable", the date 13/09/2017 is the deadline to submit the offers and not to receive them.
