Evidence of Economic and financial capacity
Annex 6.7 of the above-mentioned call for tenders indicates the need of providing the evidence of Economic and financial capacity (section 5.2.2 and annex 6.4 of the Tender Specifications) even for sole tenderers. Would you please specify: - whether such a request does apply also to a natural person? - how a natural person should provide the information requested in section 5.2.2/6.4?

The section 5.2.1 – selection criteria specifies that all tenderers shall have 1.1) sufficient economic and financial capacity to guarantee continuous and satisfactory performance throughout the envisaged lifetime of the contract, and 1.2) reliability of the mitigating measures presented to cover possible deficiencies in the evidence presented for the above criteria. To justify this, all tenderers shall provide proof of their economic and financial capacity, as mentioned in the section 5.2.2. In case the tenderer is a natural person evidence may consist of copies of the tax declarations for the past two years. In such case, annex 6.4 does not need to be filled in. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to request any other document enabling it to verify the tenderer's economic and financial capacity at any time during the procurement procedure.
