Question
Explanatory note Xa, point 5-8 organisation and management of events: We have understood that the expenses for travel should be calculated for a business class ticket on average from the EU to the countries in the respective country zone. However, when calculating travel cost, we are already estimating an average for the number of participants to cover (10-50; 51-100; 101-200; 201-350). Because we will need to calculate the price based on two averages (average cost and average number of participants) and since the cost of business class tickets vary widely depending on several factors, it will be impossible to estimate a realistic price package. Thus, is it correct to assume this is a clerical error? We assume travel costs should be reimbursable costs? Please confirm. Thank you

No, it is not a clerical error. The prices shall be estimated as averages. We understand that the packaging requires more efforts to be estimated but we look for economies of scale as well.
