Question
In the call there are three stakeholder meetings. Who will organise and pay for these? Will they have to be funded from the project budget or will they be paid by a third part?

According to the Section 1.6 [General Guidance on the Methods] of the Tender Specifications, "Meetings can be organised in association with Advisory Council meetings, as well as, by electronic means". It is up to the contractor to decide how arrange the meetings. To facilitate attendance in those meetings and reduce potential costs, the Tender Specifications propose that the meetings can take place along the Advisory Council meetings or, if this is not feasible by electronic means (VoIP, videoconference calls etc.) The contractor itself will bear the costs of the meetings and EASME will not refund any costs.
