Good morning, Is it necessary to submit as electronic version only the financial offer or all the documents which have to submitted as paper version (technical offer and administrative documents)? Thank you

The full offer (financial offer, technical offer and the administrative documents) have to be also submitted in the electronic format. In case of discrepancy between the paper version and the electronic version, the paper version will prevail
