ΑΟ 10431: Questions regarding qualifications of PRO-MAN and other profiles.
Question
a) Our understanding is that a candidate who has a university degree in a non-relevant subject but owns a Master in a relevant subject covers the requirement of “University Degree in a relevant subject”? Could you please confirm our understanding? The same applies to the rest of the profiles. b) According to the European legislation, non-possession of a degree and/or a certification in any field may be compensated by additional years of experience in the relevant domain. How many additional years of experience would be required in the absence of a degree in a relevant subject? c) Our understanding is that the participation of an employee in a project as Project Manager dealing with quality planning, quality assurance, etc., is adequate to prove experience with quality procedures. Please confirm our understanding.

a) In the situation as described in the question the requirements concerning the education are fulfilled. b) No compensation will be accepted. The proposed persons (CVs) should have the level of education as described in Annex 10 of the Specifications. c) Your understanding is correct.
