The outline specified in 2.2.1 is the outline to be followed by the tender or only by the study protocol? Thanks.

As stated in the Tender Specifications on page 11 “The study protocol must be based on the following outline although it can be adapted depending on the specific study and its particularities:”. Therefore the outline as put down on pages 11 & 12 refers to the study protocol or study design itself not to the tender as a whole.
