Travel Specification
In the part 1 page 7 of Tender Specification, are indicated the 2016 Travel volumes and the costs cluster; is it possible to have some information about different kind of travel (air and train) and the 2016 specific destinations? Thank you

EFSA meeting and return ticket volumes are set out in section 1.3.1 of the tender specifications. Although specific destinations are not described in the call, from the “costs clusters” shown it is clear that the majority of return ticket fares are below 300 EUR, therefore indicating travel to and from EFSA’s seat in Parma, Italy to mostly cities throughout the EU. The most frequent destinations (under 300€) are: Brussels, London, Berlin, Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Madrid and Barcelona. As to return tickets whose price is more than 300€, the most frequent destinations are Paris, Stockholm, Bologna, Oslo, Frankfurt (ranking from most frequent to less frequent destinations).
