Envelopes - How to organise the "original" and "copies"
Question
Please can you confirm that we understood the sequence of the envelopes correctly? We will present ONE outer envelope containing ONE inner envelope which will contain: ONE "Technical offer" envelope (with one envelope for the original documents and 3 envelopes marked as "Copies") and ONE "Financial offer" envelope (with one signed offer and 3 copies). In which envelope shall we insert the digital support (USB stick) with the pdf files? Thank you for your prompt reply.

This is correct. Inside the outer envelope, one inner envelope must contain two sealed envelopes. One with the Technical and Administrative part (Annexes) with signed originals and 3 copies and one for the Financial Offer (1 signed offer and 3 copies). The USB stick can go in any of the two sealed envelopes.
