Clarification on the official EU languages coverage and budgeting for translations
Question
Are the EU member states with less-used languages (Bulgarian, Croatian, etc.) likely to carry out their bi-annual reporting in English or in their own language? This is to know to what extent we should budget for translations from the languages not covered by our staff assigned to the project. Please give us an overall estimation.

It is highly unlikely that any country uses a foreign language for the bi-annual reports. Contractor's ability to work in all EU languages is therefore very important.
