Section 2.1.2.E of the technical specifications focuses on response rates and requests that tenderers should detail which measures they intend to use to ensure that response rates are as high as possible. - Would it be possible to share response rates achieved on a recent study to better enable tenderers to assess measures which are likely to be productive in maximizing response rates please. - Could you confirm how you currently calculate response rates to ensure that we are aligned on the definition please?
