Regarding the CBS and pricing; is EDA expecting one rate which will be valid for the duration of the framework (i.e. 4 years) or a rate for each year?

Price revision is not applicable to the framework contract 17.ESI.OP.373 as indicated in article I.5.2 of Draft Contract. Rates quoted by tenderers will be valid and applicable throughout the duration of the framework.
