The definition of question unit provided at section 2.1.4.A of the tender specifications seems to be significantly different from what was the practice in the Eurbarometer. Could you kindly clarify and confirm whether the indication of question units requested in 2016 provided at section 3 is based on this new definition of question Units?

Tenderers are kindly required to refer to section 2.1.4. and more specifically to points 2.1.4.A.1 to 2.1.4.A.7 for the method of calculation of question units for the current procedure.
