Extension of proposal submission deadline
Dear Sir or Madam, we would like to request an extension of the deadline for submission of the proposal. The reason, which applies to all potential bidders, is the following: The methodology for the modeling activity shall be presented in the tender, and is a substantial criterion for evaluation of the tender quality. In order to adjust existing methodologies to the tender requirements, assuring their technical feasibility already at the stage of tendering, a number of preliminary analyses have to be carried out that determine the detailed proposed study logic. Therefore we ask that the time to prepare a high quality proposal be extended by at least two weeks. with best regards

Time limit for receipt of tenders is extended until 08/12/2017. A corrigendum in the OJ will be soon published As well an announcment is publisjed on e-tendering. We will modify the invitation to tender and the tender specification documents accordingly.
