Gross salaries
As per the gross salary set out for the three categories in the technical specifications as well as in the financial proposal, our understanding is that the gross salary for each of the three categories is pre-determined. Can you please confirm that: a) Indeed the gross salaries for each of the three categories cannot be adjusted by the contractor either upwards or downwards; and b) That the contracting authority will be carrying out audits to ensure that the selected contractor is following the gross salary set for all interim staff deployed under this contract.

A) Yes, the gross salaries for each of the three categories cannot be adjusted by the contractor. Price revision is regulated by the provisions of Article I.5.2 and II.20 of the draft Framework Contract. B) Checks and audit are regulated by the provision of Article II.24 of the draft Framework Contract.
