How this could be the responsibility of the contractor provided that interims will be working under the supervision of EASO?

Interim agents do not have any contractual relationship with EASO and shall therefore report to the contractor only. It is the contractor responsibility to inform EASO of any occupational accident suffered, using the communication details indicated in Article I.8 of the draft Framework Contract
