Request for an extensión of the time limit for receipt of tenders
Dear Sir/Madam, We are writing on behalf of XXX and XXX regarding this Call for Tender The deadline for submission for the above mentioned proposal is November, 16th at 16:00 CET. Due to logistic and operational issues, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to submit a proposal in the deadline currently established. Therefore, we would like to kindly ask you for a deadline extension until November, 30th at 16:00 CET. Please let us know if this suggestion could be a acceptable for you.
