Is this a subject of temporary employment where Agencies can provide contracted employees for a maximum of 36 months with unlimited contract renewals where there is a triangle between direct employer (agency), indirect employer (EASO) and the employee or should we talking about "project" where there is only one employer (agency)?

Interim staff are not staff members of the Agency, do not have an employment relationship with it and are not subject to the Agency’s staff rules or conditions of employment of Agency staff.
