Please can you confirm: Is the maximum fee for this service 520k EUR for the 4 years in total - rather than 520K for the initial year with the possibility to renew for up to 4 years (at separately negotiated fees)?

The budget its a maximum for 4 years. The prices will be unit prices to be filled in by the tenderer in Annex VIII - Price list. The payment will be done on actual deliveries.
