Do we need to send original administrative documents or scanned copies are enough? This question is especially relevant for the joint tenderers and subcontractors.

If you are not in possession of the originals then scanned copies will suffice for the purpose of the submission of the tender. However, should you be successful, you would need to supply them anyway before the contract can be signed.
