List of themes
On page 4 of the Technical Specifications document there’s a list of themes that should be included within the media coverage. However, we find these themes a little bit vague e.g. iii) "European context": a selection of the most representative articles in the media that relate to the European Union or which could have an effect on the EU (relations with the EU, elections, referenda, social policy, finance, opinion polls, etc.). Would it be possible to obtain more specific guidance on themes and sub-themes that you would like to cover?

For the European and National contexts together we expect on average 11 items per day for the two themes. Due to this very restricted amount of articles requested we leave the choice of selecting the most representative articles of the day to the tenderer's editorial team.
