Regarding “evidences to be provided” indicated in section 12.2.2 of the document Annex I_Tender specifications, could you confirm that IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) balance sheets are suitable to demonstrate company’s financial and economic capacity?

IFRS balance sheets should be acceptable provided they clearly show the average annual turnover for the past two financial years. Please also remember to duly complete and sign the Simplified Financial Statement (Annex 8 to the Tender Specifications).
