Supplier is requested to provide references of successful provision of services (e.g. Annex 4.3.3.4). Is a supplier allowed to use ECHA as a customer reference as an evidence of the provision of the services?

Candidates may use any project or contract reference that meets the requirements of the selection criteria, as laid out in section 2.4.4 of the Specifications. The references may relate to on-going services, provided that the part of the assignment presented by the Candidate, as proof of technical knowledge and experience, has been carried out and meets the requirements of the selection criterion, in particular in terms of value and/or relevant period.
