Technical Offert
We would like to know if it is possible to attach annexes to the technical offer. Especially, referring to the development of the test case, we would like to know if we can attach the creative and graphic proposal as annex, as well as tables and charts.

The text case must be prepared in accordance with the minimum requirements indicated in the tender specifications and in the annex 8, point 3 (i.e. maximum 25 pages A4 format, text and/or visual communication).
